Rent our furnished 3+1 walk-out basement

We are a Christian, homeschooling family of 7, plus grandma. We live on a 3.16 acre organic, permaculture farm with two horses, chickens, turkeys, 2 yellow labs and a few farm cats in S. Nampa. The area we are renting is an approx. 1600+ sq ft., 3 bedroom, 1 bath, fully-furnished, walk-out (private) basement available for a month+ rental close to Downtown Nampa, Skyview High School and NNU.

It’s a cute space with large living room, kitchen, dining room, laundry room and porch. Fully furnished with 2 king sized beds and 2 twin beds. One of the king beds can also be swapped for 2 twin beds, if needed.

We are pet-friendly as long as pets are friendly and safe around children as well as any damage being taken care of before leaving.

Max capacity of 2 adults and 4 children because of the septic system and only having one bathroom. Two parking spaces are available.

Only pay $85 a night for the actual days you stay. Please give us a 2 week notice before you leave. No deposit required and no cleaning fee as long as it’s left clean and any damage is repaired.

No smoking, drugs or excessive drinking please. This is not that house.
